“…. so complex”

Before I actually start telling what I want to, I should mention that I don’t want to call anything bad/good because it’s just like beauty within beholder’s eyes.

There are two things I'am stressing upon which aren’t totally contrasting..    It was difficult to put it in words, what I actually felt like. I have tried my best to express it..

And, its only what I feel and nothing more than that.

Now..

We always know what is righteous and what is shrewd. Well, there is always a chance where both being the same, at times. More like perception. Without our knowledge we choose the most righteous path sometimes and always feel for ourselves that we are shrewd and cunning, the one who is an nth degree diplomat, who can get the job done in the way he/she wants.

With situations that we come across day by day, we realise what we actually are. In other words, we explore our self, rather the inner self. Speaking of corporate, it’s such a paradox that people who are shrewd have been successful throughout. This does not confine to only corporate, but this we all might have come across in various walks of life. There are cases of big national leaders who have been selfless and still have become “LEADERS” in true sense.

If we start differentiating a successful manager and a successful leader, the topic turns abstract at one point. It’s so debateable that you can come up with myriad points to support the stand that you would choose to take. Can we call this as “survival of the fittest”? Are there no-thing such as “ideals”?  But, each individual will have his/her own ideals; which can be either good/bad. That’s perception once again.

But mere to adopt and be “successful”, which has one’s own definition; it is very difficult to understand the whole web of the righteous/non-righteous things. Somewhere down the line, it gets to the roots i.e., an individual’s upbringing and environmental factors.

Not getting deep into origin of one’s behaviour, I deduce that our emotions are more complex than we actually think. And also; we can’t play by TEXTBOOK all the time. But, it’s always left to one’s own perusal. I kind of see some relation of this statement with what I spoke of (though at times I myself feel it has nothing to do with, sometimes).

Here it is - “you cannot please everyone”. So true!

Mars

This Taiwanese drama stars THE FAMOUS F4’s Vic Chou and Zhou sister’s Da S aka Barbie Zhou. Both are quite heavy names already. That’s right! Their names, acting, expressions everything is like that. A very mature acting by both the actors, giving full- justice to the characters and the story. Since the drama is adopted scene by scene from the manga “mars”, it seems as though manga is given life with lots of colors. Not a scene, where you will start feeling that this is just a cosplay. Fabulous direction, plot, screenplay….  etc. . Seems as though, I can’t express how good it is, in every aspect.
The story is all about Cheng Ling, who is an utter, nth degree-playboy. He is a biker and typical last bencher-kind, who seldom comes to class. But, is very popular among girls mainly because of his looks, attitude and style statements that he makes. He falls for a girl called Qi luo, who is basically an artist. She is a girl who suffers within, without letting others know, what’s happening in her life. She detests men, and that’s one of the twists in a story as to why she does so.And, definitely, there is a reason as to why our hero has also become what he is now.
How these two people who belong two different worlds come close and what happens to them, what hardships do they face, how they support each other etc. are all picturised along with a tinge of psychic problems in people. . I choose not to spill out those fine details.
Though this is ideally characterised under “shoujo” as per manga, there is surely everything for everyone in the story. Biking, handsome boys, beautiful girls, lot of romance, moral values, family, college, drama, little bit of comedy (here and there), revenge, psychological etc.
Now….  It’s a must watch for:  people who like mature love stories, which are intricate?
and have lot of stuff in it. Rather not a simple love story and happy-ending like.
Watch out for: Main characters’ acting, story line, direction, opening theme “ ling” sung by Alan Kuo which is very rocking and emotional at the same time and Closing theme sung by our main characters themselves, Vic Chou and Barbie Zhou which is very soulful.
And…. May be many more things which you will find out upon watching it.   Because, I feel this is one story which is thought-provoking and will draw you right into the story right from the scene 1.   There is a lot to explore in it.. I mean!
So…..    Happy watching!!

“To get her”

This is one Taiwanese drama that has been my all-time favorite. It stars Fahrenheit’s Jiro Wang and co-starred by Rainie yang. The story is very sensitive and revolves around 2 main characters. The main character, Mars is an actor who has lost his market position undergoes a lot of hardships in life before re-establishing himself in the market. In this process he gets to meet the girl, Chen Momo. She is an agoraphobic girl, who has been living with her sister all this time. And, she happens to be Mars’s new landlord. Destiny brings up many situations which leads to, both the characters developing feelings for each other. But, this a triangular love story because Chen momo’s childhood friend, Ah Gan had always liked her from many years. If given details, they would turn out to be spoilers.
All I say is, this is one of the must watch dramas, for people who enjoy sensitive love stories, which are meaningful and real to life.
1 more thing, Jiro looks quite hot in a different hair style and rock star’s attire. Rainie looks totally different with a mushroom haircut as complete otaku.
Please do watch out for Jiro's acting and also Rainie's ofcourse.Especially in 3rd and 6th episode. These, according to me, have been their outstanding performances till date.
Opening theme, Fahrenheit’s “love you more and more” has been great hit. So please do hear it.
Closing theme is also Fahrenheit’s, called “momo”. Though this song might not be written especially for the female main character, this song perfectly suits her. It’s called “love of silence”. It’s very emotional and Fahrenheit has performed it superbly well.

NASAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM-a prospective

We, humans have relatively simple noses as primary function is respiration (breathing). But, other animals, especially mammals have complex noses adapted for their primary function i.e., olfaction (smelling).

Human nasal cavity has large surface area and is highly vascularised. So, the drugs get absorbed through this rich network of blood vessels and enter directly into the blood stream. This means to say that, faster onset of action. Thus, nasal cavity can be exploited as a route of entry of drugs into the systemic circulation (blood) of the human body; mainly for those compounds, which cannot be given orally.

Nasal drug delivery system is a rapidly expanding field- a parallel expansion to biotechnology. This has caused significant increase in the production of therapeutic peptides and proteins, globally.

Liquids, powders and gels are being used to deliver drug via this route. It includes microspheres, liposomes and nanoparticles. Microsphere technology is a specialized system used for designing nasal products. This provides a prolonged contact of drug with the nasal mucosal layer and thus enhances absorption and bioavailability.

Some compounds like Fusidic acid derivatives are used in the studies of absorption of insulin, growth hormones etc. which is under ‘clinical trials’ phase.
Drugs which are given during allergic rhinitis, nasal congestion, infections account for over 75% of current nasal drug delivery market($3000 million/annum).Systemically-acting drugs, about 30%.Intranasal delivery is employed lately for the treatment of acute pain relief,vit-B12 deficiency, migraine, smoking cessation, etc.

The intranasal route, in other words can become a promising alternative to the intravenous route(injectables) in the coming days. Thus there’ll be a development of safe and efficacious formulations for  simple, painless and long-term therapies.
